5 to 8 pieces of garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon in powder
¼ teaspoon of coriander seed in powder
¼ teaspoon of cloves in powder
Salt depend on your taste
Add Tres Chiles Hot Sauce at your heat level intake!
Procedure
Collect all species into a blender mix for about 30 seconds, then pour spice ingredients to meat mixing with your hands to get an even flavor distribution. Let Chorizo sit in fridge over night inside container cover with lid or foil paper for spice to settle, if you cannot wait start cookin!!!
Pappas con Carne / Home Made

3 medium potatoes
2 red tomatoes
1 white onion
3 garlic pieces
3 Anaheim green chiles
½ spoon full of cooking vegetable oil
½ cup of water
Pinch of salt & pepper at your taste
Add Tres Chiles Hot Sauce at your heat level intake!
Veggie Preparation
Peal potatoes and slice into quarters, cut onion in half and slice thin slices, slice 3 pieces of garlic and tomatoes into quarters, Anaheim green chiles slightly roast in your kitchen burners and peal burn chile skins, then slice in thin slices
Pan Time
Add your cooking vegetable oil to pan, start with dice garlic satiate in pan then add thin slice meats for about 6 minutes, then add tomatoes once you see tomato juice blister from tomatoes skin add potatoes, onions, water, salt, pepper, at low heat for 5 minutes then remove the lid and add Anaheim green chiles pre-roasted. Once potatoes are fully cooked and all ingredients are nicely marinade it’s ready. Add Tres Chiles Hot Sauce to give it the final touch.
